TERMS & CONDITIONS For cancelations please contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Any cancelation made within the 48hour appointment time, any booking fees paid will not be refunded or returned. Cancelations made due to Governement restrictions, COVID-19, Pandemic, or otherwise, MakeupHQ will provide the customer with a credit note, a voucher as well as rescheduling the services at a later date.
