By making a booking or buying from Makeup HQ you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.
All service prices listed on Makeup HQ website are inclusive of GST and subject to change without notice. Rates will be charged in accordance with advertised rates at time of booking.
Due to the nature of the product, refunds will only be given for someone who has had a reaction to it. No refunds for change of mind.
Cancellations for studio appointments need to be made 24 hours prior to booking. If you do not show or cancel within the 24 hour timeframe a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
To secure your booking a non refundable 50% deposit is required. Your booking isn’t secured until your booking has been made. This can be done by calling or coming into the salon to make the payment or by direct deposit.
Once the booking has been made & the deposit is taken, any cancellation or changes to the size of the bridal party will incur additional charges. If the booking is downsized after it has been confirmed, you will be charged the original price quoted to cover the loss of other bridal parties turned away for the same date.
Minimum call out fee of $300 spend. I do not come out for 1 person. Services must be 2 or more.
Holding date deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable after 7 days.
Early morning fee of $50 per hour will apply to start times of 6:30am or earlier.
Travel fees will apply. This will be charged at $1 per km (on the day of the wedding) after 10kms from my Brunswick studio and return, this includes tolls.
If getting ready at Hotel/CBD you will need to ensure that parking is readily available at the location. Parking fees will apply and are payable upon arrival.
Booking dates for Public Holidays or their associated weekend, including the Melbourne Cup, will incur a 25% surcharge fee of total booking.
