Unfortunately, all our hairs services are dry styling services. However, if you would like a blow-waved style our artists will still be able to achieve this style.

To ensure the best results for your hairstyling appointment, arrive with clean, dry hair that is free of heavy products such as oils or gels, as these can affect the styling process. We ask that you wash your hair twice with shampoo & minimal conditioner from mid-length to ends and blowwave straight . Avoid washing your hair on the day of the appointment unless instructed otherwise, since freshly washed hair can be harder to style. If you have curly hair, have hair extensions, or super long hair, please email us directly so we can advise and allocate additional time if needed.

We ask all clients come in with a clean fresh face, with no products on there skin. You may bring along a lip combo which will help with touch ups throughout the day.

CANCELLATION POLICY: STUDIO BOOKINGSYou will be required to pay a 50% deposit to secure your booking.If you notify us that you can no longer attend your appointment prior to 72 hours of your booking, we can reschedule your booking within 6 months of the original booking date, all deposits are non refundable non transferable. If you notify us that you can no longer attend your appointment within 48 hours of your booking, you will forfeit the amount paid for your booking.Studio credits are valid for 6 months from the date of cancellation and cannot be redeemed towards other services booked, such as weddings or trials.If you become unwell, please try and provide us with as much notice as possible.
