ADVANCED COURSE

The advanced makeup course has been designed for those are already working as a makeup artist or the self-taught makeup artist wanting to advance their skills to the next level. .
Our courses are all about teaching our students real techniques, meaning we give you the real-life skills to perform a range of makeup techniques on real people, getting you industry-ready. As well as learning all about workplace health and safety, hygiene practices and business marketing.
This course is currently offered on a One to One basis.

This course features more advanced techniques such as bridal, mature makeup, winged liner, Asian Makeup, Dark skin, and more

INFORMATION ON OUR COURSES

PREREQUISITE:
Students must be a minumum of 16 years of age or over at the starting date of the course.
STUDENT KITS:
As part of any course, materials, tools and equipment must be used in order to take part in our courses.

All students must have their own working makeup kit for the duration of the course.
Why do students need a kit? Due to the current beauty training standard, Makeup HQ has a strict workplace health and safety standard for our trainers, students and clients, which requires students to work from their own kits.
MODELS:
All students will need to have models to work on in the duration of the course. Models will be required from Day 1 of the course. We highly suggest that your models do not have any lash extensions as well as no lash lifts.

As part of any course students will be assessed on what they have been taught. This will be conducted on your final day of class by one of Makeup HQ certified makeup trainers who hold there current (Certificate IV Training & Assessment) You will be assessed on the capability technical skill as well as observation.

TUITION FEE: $750 excl GST per 6 hour lesson minimum of 2 lessons.
