Any cancelation made within the 48hour appointment time, any booking fees paid will not be refunded or returned. Cancelations made due to Governement restrictions, COVID-19, Pandemic, or otherwise, MakeupHQ will provide the customer with a credit note, a voucher as well as rescheduling the services at a later date.
